Compliments and Complaints

We always strive to provide the best service possible to all customers. An important part of helping us do this is to hear from service users about their experiences. If you have received a service that you would like to tell us about, please follow the procedures below.



If we have exceeded your expectations and you would like to compliment either an individual team member, or the whole team, you can do so by following Walsall Council's compliment procedure. To find out how, please visit the Walsall Council's website.



If for any reason, you an unhappy with the service that you received, initially we would request that you contact Walsall FIS duty on 01922 653383 to discuss the matter. If you are still not satisfied they will be able to tell you about Walsall Council's complaints procedure, details of which can be found by visiting Walsall Council's website.
