Age UK Walsall is an independent charity, registered in November 1996, aiming to support all elderly people aged 50 years plus across the Walsall borough by providing relevant services, information and advice, and advocacy.

Their Advocacy service aims to ensure support and representation for a person for, whatever reason, does not feel they can deal with a problem themselves.

Their Walsall Help at Home is a service that the person pays and can help with tasks such as gardening, cleaning, shopping, low level DIY and trips to doctors or hospital appointments.

Their Friendship Support Scheme help isolated older people in any setting, not just within the community, become more socially active and receive support to access local community activities.

Pathways for Life is a joint partnership scheme between Age UK Walsall and Accord Housing Association providing advice and support for people with a diagnosis of dementia, anyone who may have a general query about dementia, friends, families and carers of people with dementia.

They also offer a range of services and products.
