Maths and Literacy Training

We are holding some exciting maths and literacy training. You can find out more by downloading the presntations below:

If you are interested in becoming a Maths or Literacy Specialist you must be able to meet the following criteria:

  • Good or Outstanding setting
  • Commit to 2 days training each half term with agreement from your Manager
  • Interested in developing Action Research
  • Want to be part of an exciting new project to support other settings
  • Be free to attend training on 6/11/2015 and 3/12/2015

Qualifications Checker

The childcare sector is currently going through a number of changes, with further ones being proposed. Due to this, we would highly recommend that you check that your childcare qualifications are full and relevant. First-Aid at Work

As an employer you have a legal duty under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, to provide your employees with adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and trained people to give them immediate treatment if the need arises. First Steps Training

First Steps Training helps practitioners with the early identification of children at risk in households with drug or alcohol problems. They can offer on site training. Visit the First Steps website for more information.
