Aims & Objectives:
This course covers the basic principles of food hygiene which is both Ofsted and Environmental Health approved. This course is for all food handlers, with emphasis on all types of childcares’ and their environment. You will be able to understand and maintain good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.
